Regional Dominion of Burnham: Severe Storm Warning in all Burnhamite Territories!

WARNING: ALL COUNTIES AND SETTLERSHIPS IN THE THEODORIST REGIONAL DOMINION OF BURNHAM AND ITS LAND ARE UNDER THREAT FROM A STORM DEVELOPING IN THE BRITISH SOUTH WEST. THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT AND IMAGE COMES FROM THE UK WEATHER SERVICE:

“A deepening area of low pressure will approach the UK from the South-West overnight on Sunday and in to Monday. The initial concern through this period is for heavy rainfall moving in across Southern and South-Western England, eventually moving up across Wales, The Midlands and in to parts of North-West England and Yorkshire.
Intense rainfall rates are expected to give a risk of some localised flooding, particularly with high groundwater levels already in place across these areas.

As we move through in to Monday morning, the low will continue to deepen, threatening a spell of gale or severe gale force winds across Southern counties of England and Wales. Inland, gusts of wind between 60-70mph are expected in the Red warning area, with gusts of up to 80mph possible in coastal areas covered by the Red warning area. Gusts of between 45-60mph are expected for a time in the Orange warning area too, but the primary concern for this warning area is the heavy rainfall and associated risk of localised flooding. These wind speeds could be high enough to cause structural damage, uproot trees, and cause significant issues for high-sided vehicles.

ImageTHE BASILEUS ADVISES ALL BURNHAMITE CITIZENS TO STAY INDOORS AND NOT VENTURE OUT UNLESS THEY HAVE TO. INSPECTIONS OF COUNTIES AND SETTLERSHIPS WILL BEGIN WHEN THE STORM HAS DIED DOWN, TO ASSESS DAMAGE. PARTICULAR INTEREST WILL GO TO DECLAN FOREST SETTLERSHIP AND THE DECLAN GROVE WITHIN.
